A locally beloved swimming resort since the 1920s in privately owned Crawdad Canyon beneath volcanic rock ~20 min north of St. George. The large outdoor pool is fed by a natural warm spring (~87-89°F); canyon pass includes crawdad catching, climbing and hiking. Fee: ~$18 all-ages canyon access pass. Seasonal (~Apr-Oct). Steep access road. Warm (~89°F) not hot — a swimming pool, not a soak.
